Order Change & Cancellation Window

If you need to change or cancel your order, you may submit a request within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to process your request before your order enters processing.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

• The email address used to place the order

• The change or cancellation you would like to request

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled. If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

After Your Order Has Been Processed or Shipped

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, or once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order.

If you no longer want the item after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, the order will be cancelled and any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once the refund has been issued, please allow approximately 3–13 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
