Changed your mind or need to make an adjustment to your order? No problem. You may request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the change or cancellation you’d like to make as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or cancel your order before it enters processing.

Please note that requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

After Your Order Has Been Processed or Shipped

Once the 24-hour window has passed, or once your order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order.

If you no longer want the item, you’re welcome to request a return once it arrives, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

If your cancellation request is approved, the order will be cancelled and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider 3–13 business days to process the refund.

Items That Cannot Be Cancelled

Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items, as well as final sale items, cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
